“You can design and create, and build the most wonderful place in the world. But it takes people to make the dream a reality.” ~ Walt Disney
Facebook Business Page ~ you must give great information or share on a regular basis or you have wasted your valuable time and those who clicked the like button.
If you think the term, Build it and they will come applies to your fan page, you are sadly mistaken. Professionals are too busy to give away valuable time without something in return. I am repeatedly asked, what should I post on my fanpage?
Tips: This is where you can share info about your business and your products however please use the 80-20 rule… 20% about your products or services and 80% giving back to the community. This is how you build a real relationship with your fans. share links to fans (those who “like” you) and talk about their business Fan Friday and let them share links to their fan page share valuable information about the community compliment another business or individual tips and tools of the trade ask for input or opinions ask a thought provoking question ask for help in a particular area Give a testimonial to a product or person you believe in Share a Video Tutorial Be REAL…
Ask yourself, would this mean anything to me or have any value. If the answer is YES, then post it, if it is NO, do not post it.
You do NOT post on a Business Page, what you had for lunch or what time you are going to bed. THIS IS BUSINESS. Leave those things if you must on the profile (friends) side.
Tips, tools and information is what I try to give my Fans @ Karen THE Connector. Would love for you to like my page and allow me to share this type of information and so much more.
